1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Rumho (https://rumho.com), ordering custom development services, or purchasing digital source code and templates, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Throughout these terms, "we", "us", "our", and "Rumho" refer to Rumho and its founder & principal engineer, Md Rumman Hossen. "Client", "user", "you", and "your" refer to any visitor, customer, or enterprise engaging with our platform.

2. Custom Development Engagements

Rumho provides end-to-end software engineering services, including Flutter cross-platform mobile apps (iOS & Android), backend architecture, REST API integrations, and App Store/Play Store deployments.

• Scope of Work (SOW): Custom engineering projects are governed by a mutually agreed proposal, technical roadmap, timeline, and fee schedule. Any scope changes requested by the client during development will be evaluated and quoted as additional milestones.
• Milestone Delivery & Testing: Work is delivered in structured stages. The client is provided access to test builds (APK, iOS TestFlight, staging URLs) to review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed review windows.
• 30-Day Post-Launch Warranty: All custom applications built by Rumho include 30 days of complimentary post-launch technical support and bug fixing covering any defects within the original scope of work. Continued feature additions or infrastructure maintenance after 30 days are handled via separate retainer agreements.

3. Digital Products & Source Code Licensing

Rumho offers pre-built Flutter templates, full-stack boilerplates, and developer resources through our online store. When purchasing or downloading a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license subject to the following conditions:

• Permitted Use: You may modify, customize, and integrate the source code into your own commercial or personal applications, or build end-user products for your clients.
• Prohibited Redistribution: You may NOT resell, re-license, redistribute, lease, or publicly share the raw source code package on any marketplace, forum, or repository as a competing template, stock asset, or code download.
• License Verification: Each digital purchase is linked to the buyer's account and transaction ID for authorized access to updates and support.

4. Payments, Pricing & Billing

All prices on the website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) or United States Dollars ($) as specified per item or contract.

• Digital Purchases: Payment in full is required prior to unlocking source code download packages or repository access.
• Client Service Contracts: Custom service payments are structured into milestones (typically an initial project kickoff deposit, milestone completion payments, and final deployment balance) as defined in the project agreement.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure gateways including bKash, UddoktaPay, and verified electronic transfers. All transaction processing fees (if applicable) will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you experience any technical defect or missing file in a purchased digital product, our engineering team will provide prompt patches or resolution upon receiving your order ID and description of the issue.

For custom engineering services, projects may be terminated by either party upon written notice. The client remains responsible for payment of all engineering milestones completed and work performed up to the termination date.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Bespoke Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of 100% full and final payment, the client owns all bespoke source code, visual UI assets, and custom deliverables engineered specifically for the client's project under the contract.
• Rumho Proprietary Assets: Rumho retains all rights, title, and ownership in its pre-existing internal libraries, developer toolkits, brand trademarks, website design, and pre-built marketplace templates.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Stores

Applications developed by Rumho may integrate with third-party ecosystems including Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Firebase, and payment gateways.

While we strictly follow Google Play and Apple App Store review guidelines, store approvals are governed by Apple's and Google's unilateral review teams and policies. The client is responsible for maintaining their own active developer accounts and compliance with platform terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rumho and Md Rumman Hossen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Downtime or service disruptions caused by third-party hosting, DNS, or telecom providers.
• Changes to third-party API policies, operating system updates, or app store rejections outside our reasonable control.
• Modifications made to the delivered source code by the client or third-party developers without our authorization.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to Rumho for the specific service or product in dispute.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall first be subject to good-faith mutual negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall fall under the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
